क्या है आयुष्मान भारत डिजिटल मिशन और आपको कैसे मिलेगा इसका फायदा?
• प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने 15 अगस्त, 2020 को लाल किले की प्राचीर से आयुष्मान भारत डिजिटल मिशन की पायलट परियोजना की घोषणा की थी।
• इस मिशन के तहत सरकार हर व्यक्ति का यूनिक हेल्थ कार्ड बनाएगी। यह कार्ड पूरी तरह से डिजिटल होगा और देखने में आधार कार्ड की तरह ही होगा।
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिये आयुष्मान भारत डिजिटल मिशन का शुभारंभ किया। उन्होंने 15 अगस्त, 2020 को लाल किले की प्राचीर से इस मिशन की पायलट परियोजना की घोषणा की थी। इसके तहत एक ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म तैयार किया जाएगा, जो डिजिटल स्वास्थ्य इको सिस्टम के अंतर्गत स्वास्थ्य से जुड़े अन्य पोर्टल के परस्पर संचालन को भी सक्षम बनाएगा। यह मिशन आमजन तक स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को पहुंचाने में सहायक सिद्ध होगा।
आयुष्मान भारत डिजिटल मिशन के तहत सरकार हर व्यक्ति का यूनिक हेल्थ कार्ड बनाएगी। यह कार्ड पूरी तरह से डिजिटल होगा और देखने में आधार कार्ड की तरह ही होगा। आधार कार्ड में आपने देखा होगा कि जिस तरह का नंबर होता है, ठीक उसी तरह इस हेल्थ कार्ड पर एक नंबर होगा, जिसके आधार पर स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में व्यक्ति की पहचान साबित होगी।
हेल्थ कार्ड का फायदा क्या होगा?
अगर आपका यूनिक हेल्थ कार्ड बन गया तो यह आपके और डॉक्टर, दोनों के लिए फायदेमंद होगा। इससे मरीजों को तो डॉक्टर से दिखाने के लिए मेडिकल फाइल ले जाने से छुटकारा से मिलेगा ही, साथ ही डॉक्टर भी मरीज का यूनिक हेल्थ आईडी देखकर उसकी बीमारियों का पूरा डेटा निकाल लेंगे और तब उसके आधार पर ही आगे का इलाज शुरू हो सकेगा।
इस यूनिक हेल्थ कार्ड के जरिये पता चल सकेगा कि आयुष्मान भारत के तहत मरीज को इलाज की सुविधाओं का लाभ मिलता है या नहीं। इस हेल्थ कार्ड से ये भी पता चल सकेगा कि मरीज को स्वास्थ्य से संबंधित किन-किन सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ मिलता है।
हेल्थ आईडी के लिए आधार, मोबाइल नंबर जरूरी
जिस व्यक्ति की हेल्थ आईडी बनेगी, उससे उसका आधार नंबर और मोबाइल नंबर लिया जाएगा। इसी की मदद से यूनिक हेल्थ कार्ड बनाया जाएगा। इसके लिए सरकार की ओर से एक हेल्थ अथॉरिटी बनाई जाएगी, जो व्यक्ति के स्वास्थ्य से संबंधित हर तरह का डेटा जुटाएगी।
ऐसे बनेगी हेल्थ आईडी
सार्वजनिक अस्पताल, कम्युनिटी हेल्थ सेंटर, हेल्थ एंड वेलनेस सेंटर और नेशनल हेल्थ इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर रजिस्ट्री से जुड़े हेल्थकेयर प्रोवाइडर, किसी व्यक्ति का हेल्थ कार्ड बना सकते हैं। आप खुद से भी हेल्थ आईडी बना सकते हैं। इसके लिए आपको वेबसाइट पर खुद के हेल्थ रिकॉर्ड्स को रजिस्टर कराना होगा।

Aadhar, mobile number required for health ID
Aadhar number and mobile number will be taken from the person whose health ID will be generated. With the help of this unique health card will be made. For this, a health authority will be formed by the government, which will collect all kinds of data related to the health of the person.
