उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार राज्य में सभी परिवारों को नौकरी के अवसर प्रदान करने के लक्ष्य को सक्षम करने के लिए परिवार आईडी योजना लागू कर रही है। फैमिली आईडी के तहत, सरकार राज्य में प्रत्येक परिवार को एक विशिष्ट पहचान जारी करेगी, राज्य की परिवार इकाइयों का एक लाइव व्यापक डेटाबेस स्थापित करेगी जिसका उपयोग राज्य में प्रत्येक पात्र घर को लाभ के सक्रिय वितरण को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए किया जा सकता है।
वर्तमान में, राज्य में लगभग 3.6 करोड़ परिवार और 15 करोड़ आधार प्रमाणित राशन कार्ड धारक उपलब्ध हैं। उनका राशन कार्ड नंबर उनका परिवार आईडी होगा और वे पंजीकरण पोर्टल का उपयोग करके इसकी जांच कर सकते हैं। यह पोर्टल उन परिवारों को 12 अंकों की विशिष्ट परिवार आईडी प्रदान करने के लिए विकसित किया गया है जो राशन कार्ड धारक नहीं हैं, यहां वे स्वयं को और अपने परिवार के सदस्यों को पोर्टल पर जोड़कर आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
फैमिली आईडी सरकार से लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए एक बहुत शक्तिशाली निर्माण साबित हो सकता है, पर वर्तमान में, नामांकन स्वैच्छिक हैं। फैमिली आईडी लाभार्थी पहचान के माध्यम से योजनाओं और सेवाओं के सक्रिय वितरण को सक्षम करेगा और नागरिकों की सरकारी प्रणालियों तक पहुंच में सुधार करेगा। फैमिली आईडी योजना राज्य में सभी परिवारों की एक व्यापक दृश्यता प्रदान करेगी जो बदले में उन व्यक्तियों को योजनाएं/सेवाएं प्रदान करने में मदद करेगी जो पात्र हैं लेकिन लाभ से बाहर हैं।
Family Id - Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan
The Government of Uttar Pradesh is implementing the Family ID scheme to enable the goal of providing job opportunities to all families in the state. Under Family ID, the government will issue a unique identification to each family in the state, establishing a live comprehensive database of the state’s family units that can be used to ensure the proactive delivery of benefits to every eligible household in the state.
Currently, about 3.6 crore families and 15 crore aadhaar validated Ration Card holders are available in the state. Their Ration Card number will be their Family ID and they can check it by using the Registration portal. This portal has been developed to provide a 12 digit unique Family ID to those families who are not Ration Card Holders, wherein they can apply by adding themselves and their family members on the portal.
While Family ID can prove to be a very powerful construct to avail benefits from the government, currently, the enrolments are voluntary. Family ID would enable the proactive delivery of schemes and services through accurate beneficiary identification & improve access of citizens to Govt systems. Family ID scheme will provide a comprehensive visibility of all families in the state which in turn will help in providing schemes/services to those individuals who are eligible but excluded from the benefits.

HOW TO REGISTER?
Step 1: Visit the FamilyID Portal
a. Go to http://familyid.up.gov.in/
Step 2: Register Yourself
a. Click on the “Registration'' tab on the homepage.
b. Read the ‘Registration Instructions’ & Enter ‘Name & Aadhar Registered
Mobile Number’
c. Click on ‘Send OTP’
d. Enter OTP sent to the Mobile No.
e. Enter Captcha & click on Submit
f. If OTP is not received to the registered mobile number click on ‘Resend’ or
repeat Step 2 & 3
Step 3: Sign In
1. After successful registration, Click on Sign In
2. Enter Registered Mobile No.
3. Click on Send OTP
4. Enter OTP sent to the Mobile No.
5. Enter Captcha & click on Login
6. If OTP is not received to the registered mobile number click on ‘Resend OTP’
Step 4: Check whether your family ID already exists
a. Enter your Aadhaar number, then click on the ‘Proceed’
b. Click on ‘Proceed to register Family ID’.
NEW FAMILY ID CREATION STEPS
Step 5: Submit details of 1st member
You can start with registering members of your family one by one.
The 1st member registered will be called Applicant.
a. Enter the applicant’s Aadhaar Details
b. Give consent by ticking the checkbox
c. Click on ‘Send OTP’
d. Enter OTP received on Aadhaar linked Mobile No.
e. Click on Verify.
f. Enter the ‘Marital Status’, ‘Spouse Name’, ‘Mobile Number linked to Aadhaar’
& ‘Occupation’
g. Click on ‘Proceed’
Step 6: Add new members and submit their details
a. To add a family member, enter Aadhaar number of the family member
b. In order to edit any details, click on the edit icon and refill the correct
information
c. Give consent by ticking the checkbox
d. Click on ‘Send OTP
e. Enter OTP received on Aadhaar linked Mobile No.
f. Click on Verify
g. Once the information is displayed, enter the ‘Marital Status’, ‘Spouse Name’,
‘Mobile Number linked to Aadhaar’, ‘Occupation’ an ‘Relation with the
Applicant (1st family member registered)’
h. Click on ‘Save’
Note - Similarly add member details of all members of your family.
For example, if there are 5 members, then add information details of 5 members

परिवार रजिस्ट्रेशन हेतु परिवार के सभी सदस्यों का आधार कार्ड होना अनिवार्य है।
परिवार रजिस्ट्रेशन हेतु सभी सदस्यों का मोबाइल ओ0टी0पी0 के माध्यम से e-KYC किया जाना अनिवार्य है, जिसके लिये सभी सदस्यों का मोबाइल नंबर आधार कार्ड से लिंक होना चाहिये।
ऐसे परिवार जिनके पास राशन कार्ड उपलब्ध है, उनकी राशन कार्ड संख्या ही फैमिली आई0डी0 होगी तथा उनको फैमिली आई0डी0 बनवाने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। उनके द्वारा रजिस्ट्रेशन के उपरान्त आधार संख्या डालकर फैमिली आई0डी0 डाउनलोड/प्रिन्ट की जा सकती है।
ऐसे व्यक्ति जो पहले से ही किसी परिवार में जुड़े हुये हैं, उन्हें किसी अन्य परिवार में नहीं जोड़ा जा सकता है।
रजिस्ट्रेशन की प्रक्रिया में समस्त आवश्यक जानकारी पूर्णत: सही भरें, जिससे कि सत्यापन आसानी से किया जा सके।
फैमिली आई0डी0 की अद्यतन स्थिति को 15 अंकों के एप्लीकेशन नंबर को Track Application Status में डालकर देखा जा सकता है।
