उत्तर प्रदेश विधानमंडल मानसून सत्र के अंतिम दिन अनुपूरक बजट पर चर्चा के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने नौजवानों के लिए खास तौर पर उपहारों की बरसात कर दी। उन्होंने घोषणा की है कि एक करोड़ युवाओं को टैबलेट या स्मार्ट फोन दिया जाएगा।
उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनाव के कुछ माह पहले मानसून सत्र के अंतिम दिन अनुपूरक बजट पर चर्चा के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने नौजवानों के लिए खास तौर पर उपहारों की बरसात कर दी। उन्होंने घोषणा की है कि एक करोड़ युवाओं को टैबलेट या स्मार्ट फोन दिया जाएगा। प्रतियोगी छात्रों को तीन परीक्षाओं तक भत्ता दिया जाएगा तो संस्कृत छात्रों के लिए छात्रवृत्ति की भी व्यवस्था सरकार करने जा रही है ।
जब मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने इस पर चर्चा शुरू की तो समझा दिया कि इस बजट का क्या गुणा-भाग है। नौजवानों की बड़ी आबादी को सरकार चुनाव से पहले तोहफा देने जा रही है ।

विधानसभा सत्र में बुधवार को पेश किए गए अनुपूरक बजट पर गुरुवार को चर्चा शुरू हुई तो विपक्ष ने इसे चुनावी और निरर्थक बताया। वहीं, जब मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने इस पर चर्चा शुरू की तो समझा दिया कि इस बजट का क्या गुणा-भाग है। नौजवानों की बड़ी आबादी को सरकार चुनाव से पहले तोहफा देने जा रही है ।
मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि सरकार ने तीन हजार करोड़ की निधि बनाई है। इससे एक करोड़ नौजवानों को टैबलेट या स्मार्ट फोन दिया जाएगा। इसके पात्र स्नातक, परास्नातक, तकनीकी या डिप्लोमा के छात्र होंगे। उन्हें जरूरत के अनुसार डिजिटल एक्सेस भी मुफ्त मिलेगा। अगली घोषणा भी युवाओं के लिए ही थी। योगी ने कहा कि कारपोरेट सोशल रेस्पांसिबिलिटी (सीएसआर) फंड, अन्य वित्तीय संस्थाओं और विश्वविद्यालयों के सहयोग से तीन हजार करोड़ रुपये का एक बड़ा कोष गठित किया जाएगा। उससे किसी भी प्रतियोगी परीक्षा के लिए परीक्षार्थी को तीन परीक्षाओं तक सरकार भत्ता देगी।
विपक्ष पर संस्कृत विद्यालयों को बंद करने और उनमें छात्रों के प्रवेश न होने देने का आरोप लगाते हुए योगी ने कहा कि सभी संस्कृत विद्यालयों में शिक्षकों की भर्ती मानदेय पर करने के लिए जिलों में विद्यालय प्रबंधकों की अध्यक्षता में टीम गठित कर दी गई है। इसके अलावा संस्कृत छात्रों को अभी तक कोई सुविधा नहीं मिलती थी। पहली बार सरकार ने तय किया है कि संस्कृत छात्रों को छात्रवृत्ति भी दी जाएगी।
अच्छी बात यह है की राज्य के ऐसे प्रतियोगी छात्रों छात्राओं को भत्ता देने की बात भी कही गयी है। जो तीन प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं में शामिल हुए है। योगी जी ने राज्य स्तर पर 3000 करोड़ की निधि शुरू होने बात भी कही है। और 1 करोड़ युवाओं को मुफ्त टैबलेट वितरित किए जाने है। इसके अंतर्गत ग्रेजुएशन, पोस्टग्रेजुएन, टेक्निकल और डिप्लोमा की पढ़ाई कर रहे युवाओं को लाभ मिलेगा।
UP Free Tablet Yojana Form ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण फॉर्म भरने की प्रक्रिया up.gov.in पर शुरू होने जा रही है। इस योगी मुफ्त टैब योजना में, उत्तर प्रदेश के स्कूलों को प्रीलोडेड सामग्री के साथ टैबलेट मिलेंगे, छात्र अभी आवेदन करने की अंतिम तिथि देख सकते हैं। योगी आदित्यनाथ के नेतृत्व वाली यूपी सरकार सभी जिलों के कॉलेजों व कोचिंग में नामांकित छात्रों को प्रीलोडेड अध्ययन सामग्री के साथ टैबलेट प्रदान करेगी।

आवेदक उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य का निवासी होना चाहिए।
■ वह ग्रेजुएशन, पोस्टग्रेजुएन, टेक्निकल और डिप्लोमा कर रहा हो।
आवेदक के परिवार की सभी स्रोतों से वार्षिक आय 2 लाख प्रति वर्ष रुपये से अधिक नहीं होनी
चाहिए।
आवेदक को अपनी पिछली सभी परीक्षाओं में उत्तीर्ण होना चाहिए अर्थात उसके पास बैकलॉग
नहीं होना चाहिए ।
