विषयः प्रदेश में युवाओं के तकनीकी सशक्तीकरण हेतु टैबलेट / स्मार्ट फोन वितरण योजना हेतु लाभार्थी युवा वर्ग का डाटाबेस उपलब्ध कराये जाने के सम्बन्ध में।
महोदय,
उपर्युक्त विषय के सम्बन्ध में अवगत कराना कि शासन के पत्र संख्या 432 / 16-3099/51/2021 दिनांक 28.10.2021 के माध्यम से तकनीकी सशक्तीकरण हेतु टैबलेट / स्मार्ट फोन वितरण योजना हेतु लाभार्थी युवा वर्ग युवाओं के का डाटाबेस उपलब्ध कराये जाने के निर्देश दिये गये हैं। उक्त के क्रम में अवगत करना है कि विश्वविद्यालय से सम्बद्ध संस्थाओं के कतिपय 1723 छात्र / छात्राओं द्वारा विश्वविद्यालय के ई०आर०पी० पोर्टल पर अपना मोबाईल नम्बर त्रुटिपूर्ण अथवा भरा नही गया है (प्रति संलग्न)।
अतः सम्बन्धित संस्थाओं को निर्देशित किया जाता है कि उनके संस्थान में अध्ययनरत छात्रों का मोबाईल नम्बर आज दिनांक 20.11.2021 को अपरान्ह 3:00 बजे तक अनिवार्य रूप से विश्वविद्यालय की ई०आर०पी० पोर्टल पर अपडेट कराना सुनिश्चित करें ताकि विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा अग्रिम कार्यवाही की जा सकें। संलग्नकः यथोक्त।
